Building a BIG overhead press has many components, but when it comes to push pressing specifically the biggest component is going to be creating some huge leg drive to fire the bar overhead.

To do this we need to generate as much power into the press as possible and one way we can train this is by using bands to provide accommodating resistance to the movement.
