CERBERUS Mega Grips are the next evolution of our original Multi Grips — redesigned for heavier loads, higher durability, and superior security under maximal tension.
Built for strongman, powerlifting, and heavy bodybuilding, these are engineered to handle the rigors of competitive strongman whilst giving you a speedy setup. Perfect for deadlift ladder events yet versatile enough to use on barbell, dumbbells and even machine handles.
Mega Grips allow you to extend high-rep sets well beyond the point where your grip would normally fail, so you can fully fatigue your back, hamstrings, and lats without your forearms becoming the limiting factor. By reducing grip strain during high-volume training, they help you maintain intensity across more working sets while also protecting your hands from tearing, excessive callusing, and unnecessary wear.

We manufacture Mega Grips in two sizes to ensure optimal wrist security and comfort:
- Small / Medium - 15cm to 18cm wrist measurement
- Large / Extra Large - 18cm+ wrist measurement
A secure fit means better force transfer and less movement under load.
Your order will be shipped from one or more of our three main locations — UK, EU, or USA — depending on your delivery address, stock availability, and product type. Please be aware your order may be split with different products coming from different locations, as a result products may arrive at different times. When products are shipped from outside your country, they are delivered with all duties and taxes prepaid. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Please note that during peak periods, some delays may occur in processing your order.
For large freight items such as plates, racks, or barbells, we aim to ship within 7 working days, as these require special handling and coordination with a freight carrier.
