Shipping
We endeavor to ship all orders within 3 business days.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to let you know its on its way. Sometimes your order will be split i.e. arrive in multiple deliveries. This is especially common if you have ordered some apparel items that will be printed to order which may take up to 7-10 days to ship, or if we send your order from multiple warehouse locations. The automated shipment email will list what items have been shipped at that time.
Other express shipping methods are available such as UPS Next Day Air, 2-Day Air and 3-Day Select. By indicating an express delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service.
UPS classifies Next Day Air as guaranteed delivery within 1 business day, 2-Day Air within 2 business days, 3-Day Select is within 3 business days. Day of shipping is not included in this count, also UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you have specified UPS Next Day Air, 2-Air, or 3-Day Select delivery and are placing the order after 2pm EST, it is likely your order will be shipped the following business day.
Any shipping speed indicated at checkout is a carrier provided estimated timeline and does not guarantee delivery within that period as issues during transit may arise which delay delivery.
Exchanges/Returns
If you would like to exchange/return your product please include your order confirmation number so we can identify who the return is from, include as much info as you can - we can lookup your details from your order number. If you are exchanging a size please include the size you would like to change to.
All return items must be sent back in original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the full responsibility of the customer. All original shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of a refund.
The following items are excluded from our return policy and therefore CANNOT be returned;
- Made to Order Apparel (unless not explicitly stated on the product page) including but not limited to hats, hoodies, leggings, tank tops, t-shirts, and other similar products.
- All strength equipment including but not limited to barbells, weight plates, resistance bands, and other similar products.
- All smelling salt products, including but not limited to HellFire, HellFire Extreme, HellFire Hades, and HellFire SubZero Smelling Salts.

WARRENTY INFORMATION
STANDARD CERBERUS STRENGTH WARRANTY
Cerberus Strength products come with a 1-year warranty on all other products (excluding all apparel and consumables) from the date of purchase against defects which are due to defective workmanship. It does not cover any cosmetic flaws/defects which do not in any way affect the functional use of the products. The warranty is non-transferable and any returns must be sent back to us at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt, we will inspect and confirm receipt of the item, after inspection if a replacement is granted, we will send out a replacement at our cost. 1-year warranty excludes all apparel and consumables.
Each product is eligible for a single warranty claim. After one claim has been made, the warranty for that particular product will no longer be valid.
If your claim is successful under the standard Cerberus Strength warranty, you are entitled to either a repair or replacement product.

30-DAY WARRANTY CONSUMABLES
Consumables (tacky, tacky remover, grip spray, liquid and block chalks, all smelling salts and supplements) come with a 30-day warranty only from the date of purchase.
BAR WARRANTY & GUIDELINE FOR USE
Any usage outwith recommendations and guidelines stated below voids any warranties. If looked after and cared for properly, bars can last a lifetime. Improper and incorrect use of bars will cause damage no matter how well made and expensive they are.
(i) Gym lifts which may cause damage and bend bars should be avoided at all costs. It is not recommended to use any bar for rack pulls.
(ii) Bars should not be dropped onto safety guards as this has the same effect as rack pulls. For your own safety, human spotters are always recommended, this will also help avoid bars being dropped from a height. Dropped bars voids all warranties and any cosmetic blemishes or rust are also not covered by the warranty. Rusts develops overtime due to atmosphere, storage, maintenance and use of the equipment.
(iii) Using full rubber bumper plates and proper rubber gym matting for overhead work and jerks is advised. Bars are not designed to be dropped from height, as the bolts and sleeves will most likely become loose and bend the shaft. Cast iron plates should never be used for overhead lifts as dropping a bar from any height with cast iron plates on will cause the bar to bend.
(iv) Bars used in a commercial gym environment may need to be replaced regularly as bars are more susceptible to damage and deterioration due to the amount of usage and how it is being used and cared for by gym users.
(v) 3-year performance warranty on Cerberus Strength bars. This warranty covers against bending of the shaft. Sleeves are covered for a 3-year period. Bars will be returned at the customers expense, and will be replaced upon receipt. Warranty is valid with an order number or receipt for the purchasing customer only and is non-transferable. They are covered for damage during what is considered ‘normal’ usage and within guidelines.
(vi) Bars should not be dropped while deadlifting, and doing so will void any warranty. Bars should not be left loaded with plates, however small or light for any length of time. Bars are replaced a maximum of one time, if a replacement is issued or credit is given, it will void any further warranties on the item, or any items purchased using the credit. Cosmetic issues are not covered.
CERBERUS BASIC BUMPER PLATE WARRANTY
Cerberus Basic Bumper Plates & Rubber Crumb Bumper Plates come with a 1-year warranty from date of purchase against splitting or cracking of the plates. This does not include loosening of the bushings, 5kg or 50kg bumper plates, or any of the other styles of plates which we sell. It does not cover cosmetic flaws or defects which do not in any way affect the use of plates. Upon manufacturing, there are often seams or seal marks which are normal and do not affect the plates. Smaller width plates e.g the 5kg should never be loaded on the bar by themselves and dumped or dropped. They should never be the load bearing plate (the plate that is touching the floor by itself) when used in conjunction with other plates. To qualify for warranty, bumper plates must be used on rubber matting at least 18mm thick and not a harder style matting. The warranty is non-transferable and any returns must be sent back to us at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt, we will send out replacements at our cost. Bumper plates will be replaced a maximum of one time, if a replacement is issued, it will void any further warranties on the item/plate. Outdoor usage voids warranty.
CERBERUS INFINITY LEVER BUCKLE
CERBERUS Infinity Lever Buckle comes with a lifetime warranty. Warranty is valid with an order number/ proof of purchase and is non-transferable and these would be returned at the customer’s expense.
The warranty excludes normal wear and tear (i.e., hinges) and cosmetic issues are not covered, and we reserve the right to investigate the product before repairing/replacing it.
Note that it can take up to 7 working days from receipt of the product to issue any replacements. Upon issue of one replacement, any further claims/warranty is voided
