Shipping & Returns
We endeavor to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to let you know its on its way. Sometimes your order will be split i.e. arrive in multiple deliveries. This is especially common if you have ordered some apparel items that will be printed to order, or if we send your order from multiple warehouse locations. The automated shipment email will list what items have been shipped at that time.
We typically use USPS to send items out, however will select the best option based on your location and order size.
If you would like to return your product please include order confirmation so we can identify who the return is from, include as much info as you can - we can lookup your details from your order number. If you are exchanging a size please include the size you would like to change to. All return items must be sent back in original packaging, and unworn/unused. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the full responsibility of the customer.
