Shipping & Returns
We endeavor to ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days.
Free shipping with a qualifying order over $100 value is only available with a standard shipping service, any expedited services are charge to the customer regardless of order value.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email to let you know its on its way. Sometimes your order will be split i.e. arrive in multiple deliveries. This is especially common if you have ordered some apparel items that will be printed to order which may take up to 7-10 days to ship, or if we send your order from multiple warehouse locations. The automated shipment email will list what items have been shipped at that time.
We typically use USPS to send items out, however will select the best option based on your location and order size.
Other express shipping methods are available such as UPS 2-Day Air and 3-Day Select. By indicating an express delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service.
UPS classifies 2-Day Air as guaranteed delivery within 2 business days, 3-Day Select is within 3 business days. Day of shipping is not included in this count, also UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Please do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date.
There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day you order. If you have specified UPS 2 or 3-Day delivery and are placing the order after 12pm EST, it is likely your order will be shipped the following business day.
The following items are excluded from our free shipping policy unless part of a specific promotion;
- All strength equipment including, but not limited to barbells, weight plates and other similar products.
If you would like to exchange/return your product please include your order confirmation number so we can identify who the return is from, include as much info as you can - we can lookup your details from your order number. If you are exchanging a size please include the size you would like to change to.
All return items must be sent back in original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the full responsibility of the customer. All original shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of a refund.
The following items are excluded from our return policy and therefore CANNOT be returned;
- All apparel including but not limited to hats, hoodies, leggings, tank tops, t-shirts, and other similar products.
- All strength equipment including but not limited to barbells, weight plates, resistance bands, and other similar products.
- All smelling salt products, including but not limited to HellFire, HellFire Extreme, and HellFire Hades Smelling Salts.
