Deadlifting is one of the truest tests of strength, but there is a lot more that goes into it than just picking a bar off the floor.

A lot of lifters will have a great starting position before they deadlift but then lose it as they begin the pull either due to weakness or poor mental cues.

In this video Ken Nowicki (@knstrongman) shares some key cues that he uses to ensure he holds position as much as possible when he deadlifts even at top weights.
